Jay Miralles is an author, podcast host, speaker, entrepreneur, Realtor, U.S. Air Force veteran, and community builder who believes meaningful connection can change the direction of a life.
Born in San Francisco to immigrant parents, Jay learned early that progress is built through sacrifice, discipline, and consistent action. At 17, he enlisted in the Air Force. Ten years of service—including assignments in Alaska, Germany, and Saudi Arabia—deepened his appreciation for country, accountability, camaraderie, and the responsibility to serve others.
After leaving the military and making Omaha, Nebraska, home, Jay built a wide-ranging career across radio, information technology, college instruction, sales, real estate, coaching, and leadership. Today, he and his wife, Becky, serve families throughout the Omaha area through their real-estate business.
Jay is also the author of Let’s Go! and the host of The Connection with Jay Miralles, where real stories meet real growth. Through honest conversations and solo episodes, he explores belief, mindset, leadership, relationships, resilience, business, and the courage to take action.
In 2020, Jay co-founded the 50 Mile March Foundation, a community-driven mission supporting veterans facing mental-health challenges and homelessness. What began with six walkers has grown into a powerful tribe united by service, endurance, and hope.
Jay’s work is grounded in one conviction: no meaningful mission is accomplished alone. His goal is not simply to inspire people, but to help them identify what matters, surround themselves with the right people, and take the next courageous step.
Jay and Becky are blessed with four children: Aubrey, Jade, Jordan, and Mason. They call Nebraska home with their German Shepherd, King, and Chewy, who is convinced he is just as big.
